Hello! My name is Via Watts and I’m a licensed cosmetologist based in WA State. My mission is to help my clients look and feel beautiful, I love making people smile, and creating looks that fit each clients personality and style. I hope when you leave my chair you feel refreshed, heard, seen, and loved.
